I am writing this article despite of me having personal and emotional struggles as well.. But those were incomparable as to what my Friend, Eunice Kakilala-Marquez who were diagnosed with Stage IV - Colon and Rectal Cancer recently.. given that this diagnosis were just days before the doctor told her that she lost her unborn child and had to remove it from her uterus to prevent any complications. It was not easy hearing those words from her doctor and also was advised that they needed further tests because they've found some cancer cells in her body and needed to run some tests to confirm what they have initially seen wrong. It was not easy losing a child, I remember her status in facebook while reviewing some feeds on my timeline,
"Colon tumor is nothing compare losing my unborn baby but I know God has a big plan for me and my family... To my family and friends my deepest thank you for all of your prayers and support... and pls pls still keep me and my family on your prayers so I can smile with them again on all our selfie" . My initial reactions were very shocked, I didn't know what was happening until that time, I know she is expecting a baby... but this... worried me a lot... so I hit a private message in facebook of course to tell her encouraging words and just hold on to God... that in this trial she'll be hailed successful.. then she told me what was happening... that the doctor need to run some more tests... and to be continued
